I only just spotted this! A Spandex panel was included in Comics Bulletin’s ’2012: The Year in Panels’ feature! Can you spot it?
It’s Free Comic Book Day on Saturday 4 May, and some of my comics will be available at Forbidden Planet, Orbital and Gosh in London!
Amongst the freebies are some Spandex 6s and various original individual O Men issues (including issue 2.5, the special anthology issue which features work by Sean Azzopardi, Graham Pearce, Oli Smith, Roger Mason, Grant Springford, and Sina Shamsavari!).
So if you’ve heard about my comics but haven’t checked them out yet, now’s a good time! (Well, Saturday.)
I’ll be selling my comics at the Comica Festival tomorrow! It’s free to get in, and it’s at the new Central Saint Martin’s College near King’s Cross from 11 to 7.
Table plan here! I’m on Table 3 near the Drawing Parade!
Claire Lim has given Spandex a nice little write-up on her new 405 website! Check it out here if you have time!
There’s a cool, lengthy interview with me in the latest Self-Publisher Magazine – all about how and why I do what I do. It’s a really well put-together mag too, so do check it out!http://www.selfpubmag.com/downloads/entry/free-downloads/self-publisher/self-publisher_9.htm
Oops, while I had the Flu Of Doom a couple of weeks ago, I forgot to mention this great Spandex book review, posted by the very cool Claire who I met at the LSCC. Thanks Claire!
